Nice Hotel, but no Iron?
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed to discover they were not able to provide an iron, only a steamer. When travelling for business, it is generally an expectation that a hotel would offer an iron or a service for this.

Gem of a find.
I was so impressed, so much so I have already booked to stay again. Fantastic staff, superb rooms with everything you need. Immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay.

Amazing
I was in Birmingham for a concert and picked B&B hotel for its location. I was not disappointed. Just a short walk into the city centre where I shopped til I dropped and visited the Xmas market. It was only a 15 min walk to the concert venue so much cheaper than getting taxis. Overall an amazing stay will definitely book again

excellent stay in modern, comfortable hotel
The hotel following the refurb looks fantastic with modern and comfortable bedrooms. The pillows and duvets quality are the best I have experienced for a long time which lead to an excellent night sleep. The working areas in the hotel are great especially as I travelled for business on this occasion with a colleague which meant we could sit and work together. Excellent stay and I love the hotel scent!

This was a very well thought out hotel in an ideal location for the station and town center amenities. The hotel staff who I interacted with were helpful and easy to talk to. On arrival I had a problem that the 2 people on reception quickly resolved for me.
