Great location for central Birmingham, excellent price and comfortable rooms! We loved the breakfast which was good quality and had a great variety on offer. The room was spotless as was the entire hotel. We would stay here again.

Overall, we had a fabulous time at the hotel, although we had a few small issues. Starting with the positives, the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. We both thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and we appreciated the option of the late check out (even later for members). Small issues: my friend struggled several times to access her room and a member of staff needed to "unstiffen" the handle, but this was after she had gone down to reception (from the sixth floor) a couple of times. I appreciate why the keycodes are used (reducing plastic), however you can hear the beeping from the corridor as people access their rooms, which is irritating when trying to sleep. Perhaps there is a way to turn the beeping off? The intermittent flashing from the smoke detector also made attempts at sleep a bit difficult. We had breakfast at 9am and there was not enough cutlery, although this was rectified quite quickly when I spoke to a staff member. As I said, these are all relatively minor issues, but things I feel could be easily rectified so I have tried to make this constructive. Overall, it was a fabulous stay at a fabulous price and I would not hesitate to return.

Brilliant hotel, central to everything and a great price.
I love this hotel, it is well priced and in a great location but still has everything you’d expect (bar, tea/coffee, decent bathroom, good sized room etc.)

Great Stay in a Perfect Location
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location close to the city centre and just a short walk from New Street Station. Breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of both English and continental options. I also loved the keyless entry system – just a code to access the room, which made it easy to come and go at any time without worrying about keys.Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel overnight while in Birmingham visiting various Ozzy Osbourne sites around the city… I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, location was ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!

I had a lovely stay. Ended up booking an extra night. There was a lot of choice for breakfast but as I went to it last minute the hot food wasn't that great. The room was lovely. Had 2 chairs. Had a spacious bathroom. Amazing staff that helped with anything we needed. Bed only had 2 pillows so could have done with a few extra but apart from that it was lovely.
