I absolutely enjoyed it and had the best sleep in long time.Staff was super helpful and friendly. It was my first time at this hotel. Thanks for the good work!

Great value for money, would definitely be coming back! The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The hotel was in a really good location within the city centre, and so easy to find. Parking was secure and easy to find/get parked. The man on the front desk was so polite and helpful, it really made my stay so easy and enjoyable, thank you!

Staff on day 1 appeared helpful but didn't actually do anything to help. Mixed on how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. Don't rely on hotel Internet. May not be able to watch terrestrial tv channels, unlikely for streaming channels. Rooms were mostly clean.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. We have stayed at several other similar priced places in the city centre previously and this was way better. The room feels really clean and comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom is large and bright and clean. We will definitely stay here every time we visit the city.

The hotel is in a great location for the O2 Academy. Perfect for attending gigs there as a 7 minute walk.
