Very comfortable with excellent decor & top quality furnishings. Very good & friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good positions for all attractions. Could not fault this hotel. We will be back.

Perfect location in Birmingham close to town centre, train station and arena. Stuff were lovely and helpful. 24hr access to the hotel at the concert was quite late

From checking in to checking out my experience at the hotel was good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was just the right temperature and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast in the restaurant and there was a very good choice available. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely enjoyed it and had the best sleep in long time.Staff was super helpful and friendly. It was my first time at this hotel. Thanks for the good work!
