3köpfige Familie, alle volljährig

Auffallend freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, unserem Protest ggü. der Einführung von Parkgebühren an uns als mehrjährige Gäste wurde stattgegeben. Ein Extraplus zur Errichtung von Ladesäulen für E-Fahrzeuge!

Beschwerde wegen mutmaßlichem Bettwanzenbefall – Zimmer 401 am 29.04.2025 Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, im Namen unseres Mitarbeiters Herrn Adin Hibic, der am 29.04.2025 bis 30.04.2025 in Ihrem Hotel in Zimmer 401 untergebracht war, möchten wir hiermit eine formelle Beschwerde einreichen. Nach dem Hotelaufenthalt klagte Herr Hibic über starken Juckreiz und Hautirritationen. Ein anschließender Arztbesuch ergab den Verdacht auf Bissverletzungen durch Bettwanzen. Laut ärztlicher Einschätzung und unserer internen Rücksprache ist davon auszugehen, dass die Ursache ausschließlich in Ihrem Hotelzimmer zu finden ist, da: Herr Hibic in diesem Zeitraum nur in Ihrem Hotel übernachtet hat Zu Hause bei ihm und seiner Familie keinerlei Befall oder Symptome festgestellt wurden Wir fordern Sie hiermit auf, den Vorfall sorgfältig zu prüfen, das betroffene Zimmer fachmännisch auf Schädlinge zu untersuchen und uns eine Stellungnahme sowie Informationen zu den weiteren Maßnahmen zukommen zu lassen. Für die entstandenen gesundheitlichen und organisatorischen Unannehmlichkeiten behalten wir uns vor, weitergehende Schritte zu prüfen, sollten keine zeitnahe und angemessene Reaktion erfolgen.

About the A 3 Frankfurt-Würzburg: Leave the motorway at the Aschaffenburg-Ost exit and turn right onto the B 26 in the direction of Aschaffenburg/Goldbach-West. After 1.3 km, turn left onto Schönbornstraße and then directly right onto Auhofstraße in the direction of the center. After 1.4 km turn right onto the destination road Heinrich-Böll-Straße.
