Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.
Das hotel ist bestens geeignet für eine Städtereise. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Extrawünsche ( glutenfreies Brot) werden zuverlässig erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber erfüllen gut ihren Zweck. Wir haben hier nur geschlafen. Wir waren schon öfter hier und immer zufrieden.

Tango in Aschaffenburg
Dieses B&B ist zu empfehlen, das Personal war herzlich und freundlich. Das Konzept mit dem Nummer-Code ist gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine ausreichende Auswahl. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.

No major complain for a reasonable price ![trustyou]()
In the price segment of your hotel chain I have had negative experiences with a&o hostels. As long as you avoid mistakes like theirs, I'll likely continue to use your hotels. One of their mistakes is digitisation done wrong. E.g. you needed to scan a small QR code in your room, which requires you to have a smartphone with a sufficiently good camera, to get your room cleaned on the next day. Requesting at the reception that your room is going to be cleaned on the next day did not result in any action. Digitisation as done by a&o adds constraints, limitations and requirements to the experience of the guest. This is just one example to illustrate why I avoid their hotels. In contrast, I have not had any really bad experiences with B&B hotels, yet. I think, given the price, the interior of your rooms/bathrooms is fine. Two risks that I see for staying in your hotels are that you might get woken by noises in the night and it might smell of smoke if you open a window. So far it didn't happen to me in a really bad way. I'll probably have another stay on one of your hotels before the end of the year. Though, ownership by Goldman Sachs is something I see critical.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen: das Hotel ist zentrumsnah und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Prima Hotel für Kurzzeitübernachtungen!
Hotel befindet sich in sehr gut erreichbarer Lage (Bahnhofsnähe und auch gut erreichbar mit dem PKW), Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer sauber und großzügig, nachts ist es sehr ruhig (man kann getrost bei offenem Fenster schlafen).
