B&B HOTEL Agen Castelculier 3 étoiles
Un accueil chaleureux
La location de l’hôtel n’était pas très loin de la gare. La réservation était faite rapidement en ligne ainsi que le check-in. Je voudrais souligner en particulier l’accueil chaleureux du personnel qui nous a permis d’avoir accès un peu plus tôt à nos chambres pour nous changer car nous étions invitées à un mariage qui avait lieu peu après notre arrivée. Je suis particulièrement reconnaissante à la personne qui a montré beaucoup de soutien et de flexibilité en me permettant de prolonger mon séjour d’une demi-journée dû à un souci de santé imprévu. J’ai payé le supplément mais on m’a permis de rester dans la même chambre pour m’y reposer avant mon voyage retour en train le même soir.
Cette délicate attention et cette flexibilité à gérer un changement imprévisible avec beaucoup de diplomatie a été un soutien important pour moi!
