Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Ich war zusammen mit meinem Sohn für 3 Nächte dort. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist schnell im Phantasialand und auch in Köln. Direkt daneben ist ein Supermarkt, der uns mit Abendessen versorgt hat. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Beim öffnen hat man die Autobahn gehört, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Es wurde täglich gereinigt, das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer hat eine angenehme Größe. Wir sind hauptsächlich in B&B Hotels unterwegs und auch dieses hat uns sehr zufrieden gestellt. Wir kommen sicher wieder 👍🏼

Super Komfortabel und einfach
Ich finde es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und das Zimmer war hervorragend.

Günstig und gut
Wir übernachten immer gerne im B&B Hotel Köln-West, wenn wir unsere Kinder in Köln besuchen, diesmal zum Schulanfang. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend und die Zimmer zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Als 100% Schwerbehinderte habe ich einen blauen Parkausweis, der im ganzen Land gültig ist. Im B&B Hotel Köln West musste ich auf dem Behinderten Parkplatz pro Tag 5 Euro Parkgebühr bezahlen . Das ist nicht okay.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Ich war schon mehrfach im B&B zu Gast. Zimmer sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn was nicht passt wird umgehend nachgebessert. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Leider vertrag ich kein Polyester im Bett. Es wäre schön, wenn es für Gäste hier eine Alternative gäbe. Das ganze Konzept ist auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgelegt. Aber Polyesterdecken sind nun mal Plastik und so gar nicht nachhaltig. Das könnte man noch verbessern

Getting to the hotel
By car:
From Aachen take the A4 to Köln-West junction (10), from Düsseldorf take the A57 to Köln-Nord junction (28) and then follow the A1 direction south to the Köln-West junction (10), or from Frankfurt take the A3 to Köln-Heumar junction (28) then A4 to the Köln-West junction (10). From here take the A1 direction south and then exit at the first junction on the B264, then turn immediately left onto Max-Planck-Str.
From Koblenz take the A61 to Erftstadt then A1 to Köln-West junction (104), take the exit direction Frechen, at the traffic lights continue straight ahead on Max-Planck-Str. until the roundabout, take the second exit and continue on Max-Planck-Str. for approx 600m, and the hotel is on the left hand side. There are parking spaces directly outside the hotel.
Bus/train: From the main train station, take the U-Bahn 18 or 16 direction Bonn to Neumarkt, then continue above ground with tram number 7 direction Frechen to Köln-Marsdorf, then on foot for 1km via Horbeller Str., left onto Dürener Str., and take the first right into Max-Planck-Str. The journey takes about 45 minutes.

From 1 July 2024, the City of Cologne's overnight accommodation tax will apply to all forms of overnight accommodation, regardless of whether the overnight stay is absolutely necessary for business purposes or not.
It is no longer necessary to provide information on the purpose of the trip when checking in using a form
The tax rate is 5 per cent on the price of the overnight stay.
There are some exceptions. The following are exempt from taxation:
- People who are dependent on temporary accommodation in an accommodation establishment because they have lost their home due to fire or water damage, for example.
- Refugees who are assigned accommodation in accommodation establishments.
- School trips authorised by the school management
Overnight stays of persons due to medically necessary treatment and necessary accompanying persons upon request.
