Zimmer nicht barrierefrei trotz Fotos auf der Website
Ich übernachte öfter in B&B-Hotels, weil ich Rollstuhlfahrerin bin und B&B in vielen Hotels auch barrierefreie Zimmer hat, die man unkompliziert über die Website buchen kann. Dabei habe ich schon gute und sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Der Aufenthalt in Hildesheim zählt leider zu den sehr schlechten Erfahrungen. Ich hatte über die Website ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht. Daneben waren Fotos. Das Zimmer, in das ich dann eingecheckt wurde, sah aber ganz anders aus. Im Badezimmer gab es weder einen Duschsitz noch Haltegriffe in der Dusche oder an der Toilette. Also ging ich nach Check-in direkt wieder zur Rezeption und bat, in das von mir gebuchte Zimmer eingecheckt zu werden. Die Rezeptionistin sagte, das Zimmer, das ich bekommen hätte, sei das barrierefreie Zimmer, und sie könne nichts machen. Als ich weiterhin auf das richtige Zimmer bestand, sagte sie, ich solle am nächsten Tag zwischen 14:30 und 23:00 Uhr wiederkommen, wenn die Betriebsleiterin da sei. Also ging ich am nächsten Tag zur Betriebsleiterin. Sie wollte mir zuerst nicht glauben, dass das Badezimmer keine Haltegriffe hat, und ließ es durch ihre Mitarbeiterin kontrollieren. Erst dann gab sie zu, dass sie in das barrierefreie Zimmer einen anderen Gast eingecheckt hätten. Sie wollte ihn fragen, ob er in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen würde, sodass ich das barrierefreie Zimmer bekommen könnte. Das Ganze zog sich dann aber noch einen weiteren Tag hin, sodass ich das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer erst am Abend vor meiner Abreise bekam. In dem nicht barrierefreien Zimmer konnte ich nur sehr mühsam die Toilette benutzen. Die Dusche konnte ich gar nicht nutzen. Für mich war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr anstrengend. Ich bat die Betriebsleiterin um Erstattung eines Teils der Kosten, bekam aber keine. Auch eine Entschuldigung bekam ich nicht. Zur falschen Buchung hinzu kam, dass die Reinigung nicht so gut war (mehrere tote Insekten auf der Fensterbank, Dreck auf dem Teppich unterm Hocker) und die Klimaanlage sehr kalt war und sich nicht regulieren ließ. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Tolle Übernachtung in Hildesheim
B&B in Hildesheim, angenehmer Aufenthalt, alle waren sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder!

Nicht was ich gebucht hatte!:-(
Ich habe ein Rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer gebucht, Doppelzimmer ,bekommen haben wir ein barrierefreies Zweibettzimmer ohne Haltegriffe,Duschhocker Notruf et.Die Damen waren sehr nett aber das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden und mir war es nicht mal möglich zu duschen, ich war ziemlich sauer.

Top Frühstück 😄
Personal professionelle beim Check in, Frühstück vielfältig und reichhaltig.. Alles was das Herz begehrt, für den tollen Preis. Die Küchendame war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber , der Frühstücksbuffet und Frühstücksraum. Den Obstsalat fanden wir super. Marmelade und co. Kann man in kleinen Waffeln Portionen nehmen. Meine Kinder haben es geliebt. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team.

Driving directions
From the south, via B1, turn into Bahnhofsallee in a northerly direction. At the roundabout, take the first exit and turn right into Hezilostraße. The B&B Hotel Hildesheim is located on the corner of Pepperworth.
From the north, turn left via B6 into the following Steuerwalder Straße. After 1.5 kilometers, turn right onto Hannoversche Straße and take the second exit at the roundabout. Keep right at the station square and follow the road. Turn right at the roundabout and then right into Hezilostraße. At the following intersection, turn left onto Pepperworth, the hotel is just left at the junction.
Parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. We do not have parking spaces for bicycles, only bicycle bars in the car parking lot
Bus/train: The hotel is located directly next to Hildesheim main station and can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
