The multi-faceted harbour city on the German North Sea coast offers plenty of leisure options, thanks to its location right on the water and many cultural sights. Bremerhaven is famous for its shipbuilding expertise, as well as its research and manufacturing centres, for example in the off-shore wind energy industry. Bremerhaven is also regarded as a scientific centre, and is home to the famous Alfred-Wegener-Institute for Polar and Marine research. The surrounding area around Bremerhaven also offers attractive options. The town of Cuxhaven, located on the North Sea coast, can also be reached within half an hour.

Location

B&B HOTEL Bremerhaven is located right next to the new harbour, making it a great starting point for walks or cycling along the River Weser and seeing the sights. Tourist highlights, such as the Deutsche Auswanderer Haus and the Columbus Centre, are within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel. The hotel is therefore perfectly suited as a holiday accommodation for a maritime adventure or short vacation.

Weihnachtsurlaub

Es ist ein sehr sauberes, modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber ausreichend zum Schlafen. Das Frühstück ist täglich gleich, aber ausreichend u. Käse, Wurst u. Marmelade sowie Cerialien sind vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt an der Nordsee, aber Fisch wurde nicht angeboten. Es gibt immer frische Bäckerbrötchen. Die sind lecker, aber sehr groß. Vielleicht kann man mit dem Bäcker vereinbaren kleinere zu backen.

Erholsame Aufenthalt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit allem, was man braucht. Saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein umfangreiches Frühstücks-Angebot. Für mich persönlich das Beste, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

From the A27: Take the exit for Bremerhaven-Mitte-Bremerhaven-Zentrum (7), continue on Grimsbystraße/B212, keep left and stay on Grimsbystraße/B212, turn right onto Barkhausenstraße, and the hotel is on the left after 100 m.

Alternatively from the south via the B6, keep left at Elbinger Platz and continue on Columbusstraße, go straight on Barkhausenstraße, and the hotel is on the left.

Private parking is available at B&B HOTEL Bremerhaven.

Bus / train: From Bremerhaven Central Station/ZOB take bus 502 (towards Leherheide West) or 506 (towards Leherheide Ost) to Bremerhaven Lloydstraße/VHS, alternatively take the HL line towards Rotersand to Bremerhaven Querstraße/Stäwog.
