What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

I felt unsafe

I called beforehand to ask if there was a place for two big cars with trailers and there wasn't any place where we could easily park. There was a van blocking the way. In the reservation it didn't say where to get the number for the gate. Whole night we felt unsafe, because there was a sign saying that the hotel in not responsible for a possible theft. We were scared of being robbed, because we had ton of expensive sailing gear in both cars and trailers. We felt so bad that we left at 4am, because we read on the internet that most thefts happens between 4 and 6, so we left to not be robbed. Overall really bad experience. There should be a guard 24/7 on this parking, so it will be easier for travellers.

Access Aix-en-Provence Pont de l'Arc

From Lyon : A8 direction Toulon/Nice. Exit 30b Aix-Pont de l'Arc , follow complexe sportif . After 200m on the right, just before Krypton.

From Marseille : A51 Direction Aix-en-Provence then direction Toulon/Nice and exit 30b.

From Nice : A8 direction Lyon/Marseille, exit 30 Aix-Pont de l'Arc : at the roundabout follow Toulon/Fréjus then Krypton.

From Aix Rotonde : From the tourist office, take the Avenue des Belges , then Avenue Pierre de Brossolette : cross the motorway. On the left at the roundabout direction Krypton.

By Bus: Line 7 (reach the city center and the car station from the hotel).

A shuttle bus to the city centre (12 minutes) is available at the Krypton park-and-ride car park opposite the hotel. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes.
