What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Séjour mitigé

Je ne sais pas si c'est le rez de chaussée qui est mal isolé ou si ce sont les gens qui sont irrespectueux. J'ai entendu plusieurs fois dans la nuit une porte claquer.... Mais aussi une dame parler du couloir à son mari qui était dans la chambre. Ceci a fait aboyer leur chien et c'était encore tôt vers le matin... Bref une très mauvaise nuit. Petit déjeuner ok.

Access Aix-en-Provence Pont de l'Arc

From Lyon : A8 direction Toulon/Nice. Exit 30b Aix-Pont de l'Arc , follow complexe sportif . After 200m on the right, just before Krypton.

From Marseille : A51 Direction Aix-en-Provence then direction Toulon/Nice and exit 30b.

From Nice : A8 direction Lyon/Marseille, exit 30 Aix-Pont de l'Arc : at the roundabout follow Toulon/Fréjus then Krypton.

From Aix Rotonde : From the tourist office, take the Avenue des Belges , then Avenue Pierre de Brossolette : cross the motorway. On the left at the roundabout direction Krypton.

By Bus: Line 7 (reach the city center and the car station from the hotel).

A shuttle bus to the city centre (12 minutes) is available at the Krypton park-and-ride car park opposite the hotel. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes.
