What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bon hôtel comme tous les B&B mais personnel pas chaleureux, faisant des remarques sur l’éducation de nos enfants, même si probablement ça ne se voulait pas méchant, on a trouvé cela déplacé. Pas assez de place au petit déjeuner, salle trop petite. Lorsque nous avons eu besoin de remplir nos gourdes au robinet cela a été difficile d’avoir ce qu’on demandait, pareil pour remettre des choses manquantes au petit déjeuner (viennoiseries, café, jus de fruit…). Avis très mitigé car nous savons que cela reste une chaîne mais tout de même, être accueillant fait partie des pré requis pour un hôtelier.

From Lyon : A8 direction Toulon/Nice. Exit 30b Aix-Pont de l'Arc , follow complexe sportif . After 200m on the right, just before Krypton.

From Marseille : A51 Direction Aix-en-Provence then direction Toulon/Nice and exit 30b.

From Nice : A8 direction Lyon/Marseille, exit 30 Aix-Pont de l'Arc : at the roundabout follow Toulon/Fréjus then Krypton.

From Aix Rotonde : From the tourist office, take the Avenue des Belges , then Avenue Pierre de Brossolette : cross the motorway. On the left at the roundabout direction Krypton.
