Sehr freundliches Personal.
Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Störend war nur das die Heizung/Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laut Gedröhnt hat (obwohl sie aus war)

B&B HOTEL Köln-Messe
Ideal für einen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt
Lage: Sehr gute Lage für unseren Kurztrip. Ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, alles Wichtige schnell erreichbar.
Sauberkeit: Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber und ordentlich – genau das, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht.
Zimmer und Ausstattung: Alles, was man für eine kurze Übernachtung benötigt. Die Zimmer waren funktional und gut ausgestattet.
Personal: Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab nur einen Moment, in denen wir den Eindruck hatten, dass wir als Gäste dem Empfang zu viel an Arbeit bereiten, insgesamt positiv.
Frühstück: Der Frühstücksbereich war leider eher klein, was zu einem suboptimalen Frühstückserlebnis führte, besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das hat den positiven Eindruck etwas getrübt. Das Angebot selbst war aber in Ordnung.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Kaffeeautomaten. Sie sind schnell und der Kaffee schmeckt – das war eine angenehme Überraschung!
Parken: Die 10€ für das Parken sind für die Lage und Umgebung vollkommen in Ordnung. Allerdings werden mehr Parkscheine als Plätze vergeben, weswegen es am Ende nicht sicher ist, ob man vor Ort auch parken kann.
Fazit: Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Hotel für unsere Bedürfnisse zufrieden. Die Lage und Sauberkeit stimmen, und das Personal war nett. Kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten wie der Frühstücksbereich und das Parken trüben das Gesamterlebnis minimal, aber für einen Kurztrip war es dennoch eine gute bis sehr gute Wahl.

Schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, LANXESS Arena fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Köln Arcaden zum shoppen in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals dort und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
