Schöne kleine Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber mit einer Klimaanlage, ein Fernseher und ein großes Bett ausgestattet. Ein paar kleine Fächer sind auch da um etwas zu verstauen. Im Badezimmer ist eine Dusche, ein WC mit großen Spiegel und kleinen Waschbecken.

Sehr netter Empfang in der Rezeption. Tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Hilfsbereit und dem Gast zugewandt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

From 1 July 2024, the City of Cologne's overnight accommodation tax will apply to all forms of overnight accommodation, regardless of whether the overnight stay is absolutely necessary for business purposes or not.
It is no longer necessary to provide information on the purpose of the trip when checking in using a form
The tax rate is 5 per cent on the price of the overnight stay.
There are some exceptions. The following are exempt from taxation:
- People who are dependent on temporary accommodation in an accommodation establishment because they have lost their home due to fire or water damage, for example.
- Refugees who are assigned accommodation in accommodation establishments.
- School trips authorised by the school management
Overnight stays of persons due to medically necessary treatment and necessary accompanying persons upon request.
