L'hotel est bien placé pour les transports par contre pour manger le soir il n'y pas grand chose autour a par une pizzaria dominos. On s'est rabatu aussi sur le magasin de la station essence qui est bien achalandé.

Familienzimmer ist gut. Leider wie fast jedes Hotel ist es viel zu warm im Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet hat den Namen leider nicht wirklich verdient, sehr wenig Auswahl.

Gutes Hotel für Kurznächze ![trustyou]()
Wir waren als Familie zum 3. Mal über ein Wochenende in diesem Hotel und würden wieder kommen. Sauberes kleines Familienzimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, mit viel Auswahl, auch wenn die (frischen?) Brötchen dieses Mal leider nicht so knusprig frisch waren. U Bahn Station und Lebensmittelmärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auto wieder an der Straße geparkt, völlig in Ordnung, da Tiefgarage eng und meist voll.

Wir mögen B&B aber… ![trustyou]()
…dieses Hotel war im Vergleich zu den vorherigen B&Bs leider nicht in der gleichen Qualität und hat uns eher an ein Hostel (hellhörig, noch viele Haare im Zimmer, Frühstück spärlich und nicht beschriftet) erinnert. Das ist aber nicht schlimm und war für ein Wochenende vollkommen okay. :) Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle super freundlich und haben uns gut informiert. Das WLAN war ausreichend wie immer und auch das Bett bequem. Von daher: Für Wochenendtrip mit wenig Ansprüchen sehr ausreichend. :)

Raucherzimmer ![trustyou]()
Schade dass es auf der Toilette keinen Rauchmelder gibt und so die Gäste dort ungehemmt rauchen können und das Zimmer mit fürchterlichem Gestank hinterlassen. Ebenso bedauerlich dass das Reinigungspersonal nicht für eine entsprechende Durchlüftung hinterher sorgt!

Ruhiges Zimmer, aber nicht der Hit ![trustyou]()
Eine Übernachtung in München, einfaches sauberes Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Wider Erwarten trotz zentraler Lage Ruhe in der Nacht (bei geschlossenem Fenster und Zentrallüftung). Frühstück nicht üüppig, aber okay. Insgesamt freundliches Personal und für kurze Aufenthalte durchaus zu empfehlen.

✅ Zweite Chance genutzt: Deutlich verbessert! ![trustyou]()
Dies war bereits meine zweite Übernachtung in Ihrem Haus. Im Gegensatz zum ersten Aufenthalt, bei dem ich einige Mängel gemeldet hatte, bin ich dieses Mal sehr zufrieden, sodass meine nächste Übernachtung in München wieder hier sein wird. Das gesamte Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und machen einen gepflegten Eindruck. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte: Falls Mängel auftreten und kommuniziert werden, werden sie direkt abgestellt. Dass Sie mein initiales Feedback so schnell umgesetzt haben, ist Service, wie er sein sollte! Der einzige echte Frustpunkt bleibt leider die Parkplatzbuchung. Man zahlt 19 Euro, nur um bei späterer Rückkehr festzustellen, dass das Plätzchen „weggeschnappt“ wurde, und man sich dann doch auf öffentliche Verkehrsflächen begeben muss. Das ist ärgerlich und sollte besser geregelt werden. Fazit: Abgesehen von der Parkplatz-Odyssee ist das Hotel dank der schnellen Mängelbeseitigung und dem freundlichen Team absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

How to get there
From the north: A 92 or A 93 via A 9 to exit München-Schwabing (76), then use the left lane to get onto the B 2R.
From the south: A 95 or A 96: Up to the B 2 and then continue on the A 952 ( follow signs for A 95 towards Garmisch), at junction 1 (Starnberg junction) use one of the two left lanes and follow signs for A 95 towards Munich. Keep left and continue on the B 2.
Both routes: Then take the exit towards Laim/Heimeran-Platz. The B&B Hotel München City-West is on the right-hand side.
Parking spaces are available at the hotel.
Bus/Train: From Munich Central Station, take the U 4 to the final stop Westendstraße or the U 5 towards Laimer Platz to Westendstraße.
