Il parcheggio sotterraneo ha l'accesso in pessime condizioni

Lasciando la macchina nel parcheggio sotterraneo si presenta una scena horror arrivando agli ascensori. Una porta con divieto d'accesso alle scale con striscia di cantiere che sbarra la porta. Uno dei due ascensori fuori uso e l'unico funzionante cigola come se si stesse per rompere. Alla mia contestazione è stato risposto che l'ascensore funziona e che ci sono altre scale in un'altra zona del parcheggio...
