mi piace molto il fatto che abbia un parcheggio molto ampio e proprio sotto hotel che è sito sopra un centro commerciale comodo anche questo per chi come me si sposta per lavoro

Hotel 3 stelle? Io non le ho proprio viste. L'impressione generale intanto dice che "ha vissuto tempi migliori" dato che si vede il degrado in piccoli e grandi particolari a partire dal parking sotterraneo, dall'umidità grondante, dalla puzza di muffa e chissà cos'altro, dagli ascensori "fuori uso". All'interno poi l'impressione è ampiamente confermata dalla ruggine che pervade accessori e w.c., dalle incrostazioni che ricoprono rubinetti e doccia, dalle macchie alle pareti, da tanti altri particolare che raccontano di trascuratezza e manutenzione scarsa e superficiale se non del tutto assente. Questo senso di minimalismo e manutenzione inesistente potrebbe essere un po' compensata con una grande attenzione alla pulizia ma, invece, neanche quella attenzione c'è. Polvere molto evidente su tutte le superfici, mancanza di "striscia d'igienizzazione" sul w.c., dispenser di detersivo chiaramente non puliti, ecc. La scarsa "cura del cliente" è ancora più evidenziata dalla mancanza assoluta di cartelli o depliant che spieghino come "gestire" gli accessori (TV, cassaforte, condizionamento, ecc) e non c'è neanche il classico foglietto che spiega come contattare il personale in caso di necessità e/o emergenza, ci sono solo il cartello obbligatorio dell'antincendio e i n° di emergenza esterni generali (vigili del fuoco, carabinieri, ambulanza, ecc.); c'è da tenere conto che dopo le 23:00 e fino alle 07:00 non c'è più nessuno in reception e non è dato sapere se c'è del personale presente in loco! C'è un uso abbastanza avanzato della tecnologia (pre-check-in online, self check-in digitale dopo le 23:00, apertura porte esterne e delle camere solo con codice numerico individuale, ecc) ma mancanza assoluta di attenzione vera all'ospite, nonostante l'unico impiegato che ci ha accolto al ricevimento avesse un atteggiamento positivo e cordiale. Della colazione non possiamo dire niente perché non ne abbiamo usufruito ma, detto che con un po' di attenzione e di fortuna si può ottenere un prezzo discreto (seguendo giorno per giorno i portali specializzati) è evidentissimo che è un hotel pensato soprattutto per il turismo mordi e fuggi, per chi viaggia per lavoro ma ha poche pretese se non esclusivamente quella di posare il corpo sopra un letto e di una connessione Wi-Fi gratis. Obiettivamente la nostra esperienza è stata deludente e ben lontana dall'insieme delle recensioni che ci hanno fatto scegliere questo hotel per un buon rapporto qualità -prezzo. Non diciamo certo che sia da evitare ma neanche da consigliare vivamente. Con dispiacere.
