Per motivi familiari ho sempre soggiornato nel Vs. Hotel di Monza e mi sono sempre trovato bene soprattutto nel dormire, Spettacolo, colazione buona e abbondante. Staff sempre disponibile. Consigliato. Very cool

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la vostra struttura per la seconda volta. Ahimè questa esperienza non è stata altrettanto positiva come la precedente. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 104, all'arrivo c'erano solo 2 cuscini piccolissimi ed essendo arrivati tardi, nessuno poteva darci assistenza, quindi la mia cervicale il giorno dopo era ko. A gran sorpresa non c'erano teli viso.. non erano in dotazione dunque dovevi asciugare il viso o nel telo doccia(dove asciughi tutto il corpo) o nel telo bidet.. Non ho capito questa scelta aziendale sinceramente.. Il letto non era assolutamente come quello del nostro primo soggiorno, ma sembravano due lettini aggiunti uniti per fare un matrimoniale come quando in over booking. Quando si mettono due materassi singoli ed il cliente prenota un letto matrimoniale, bisogna mettere un Topper abbastanza spesso per non creare disagio. Nel piatto doccia l'acqua non defluiva per niente, il doccino era bloccato in alto e per me che sono alta 1.50m, capite bene che è stato un disagio😅. Lato del mio comodino non c'era nemmeno una presa per potere caricare il cellulare. Al mattino, essendo la 104 l'ultima stanza accanto la porta tagliafuoco d'emergenza, è un continuo sbattere senza delicatezza, quindi o ti svegli o ti svegli! Detto questo, il personale è molto gentile , anche se prima di chiedere una recensione a 5 stelle solo per il drop off dei bagagli, sarebbe più opportuno chiedere al cliente com'è andato il soggiorno. Nota di merito alla signora dei piani che si è occupata del riassetto della nostra stanza per i primi 2 giorni è stata molto attenta. Per il resto, non posso assolutamente dare una valutazione positiva questa volta. È un peccato! Spero rivediate un po' di cose e prendiate questa recensione come spunto di miglioramento. Saluti
