Völlig unzureichende Parkplatzsituation

Bei der Buchung wird vorgegaukelt, man könne einen Parkplatz reservieren- dies wird auch berechnet. Tatsächlich gibt es vor Ort allerdings keinen freien Parkplatz und es gibt auch im Umkreis nirgendwo Parkplätze. Mit dem Auto anzureisen, um dann 2 Kilometer entfernt im Parkhaus zu parken erfüllt für mich nicht annähernd meine Erwartungen. Ich fühle mich hier absichtlich getäuscht. Es gibt deutlich bessere Alternativen in Koblenz, bei denen der gebuchte Parkplatz dann auch vorhanden ist und ich werde das B&B wegen dieser absichtlichen Täuschung nicht mehr buchen.

Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Besonders aufgefallen ist mir. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Directions to B&B HOTEL Koblenz-City

From the A3: At the Dernbach interchange (39), merge onto the A48 heading towards Koblenz. Take exit (10) Koblenz-Nord, then take the B9 towards Koblenz-Zentrum. At the Europabrücke Bridge, head towards the junction for Rauental, Zentrum (centre). At the junction, take the second exit towards Boppard. The hotel is located around 200 metres away on the right-hand side.
