Dass das Fenster nicht richtig dicht war und es dadurch zugig und kalt im Zimmer wurde, ist gerade in dieser Jahreszeit besonders unangenehm. Ebenso nachvollziehbar ist, dass man bei einem undichten Fenster den Straßenlärm an einer Hauptstraße deutlich stärker wahrnimmt. Für diese Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns entschuldigen. Auch die Rückmeldung zu den Handtüchern tut uns leid. Für zwei Personen sollte die Ausstattung vollständig sein – inklusive Handtuchvorleger. Fehlende Handtücher stellen wir selbstverständlich sofort bereit.
