What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Trotz vieler Kritik keine Veränderung.

Seit zwei Jahren übernachte ich regelmäßig in diesem Hotel, weil es nahe an meinem Reiseziel liegt. Das ist der einzige Grund für meine regelmäßigen Besuche. Im Hotel finden, auch nach mehrfacher Kritik und Hinweisen, keine Veränderungen oder Reparaturen statt. Im Gegensatz dazu verändert sich das Umfeld des Hotels von Woche zu Woche zum Negativen. Das ist kein Verschulden des Hotels, aber ein Grund sich nach einem Hotel in einer anderen Umgebung umzuschauen.
