Old hotel, not what I expected.

I have stayed at a lot of B&B hotels already, so I thought I knew what I could expect, but this one was the first one where I was very disappointed with my booking. The hotel was very outdated, everything smelled stuffy and old, the location was creepy and I felt unsafe. There were a lot of truckers hanging around in the street upon arrival. There was no one at the reception desk even though the app said it should have been open. Overall the hotel felt deserted. I requested a cot upfront but it wasn’t in the room upon arrival (generally not a big deal, but there was no one at reception and I was travelling alone with my baby so it’s already a hassle without having to go find someone to get a cot) The room was tiny which meant there was no room for the cot to go next or even near to the bed. I will for sure be staying again at another B&B hotel, but never this one anymore.

  • What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
