Toller Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Service

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel ein B&B wie man es gewohnt ist, wenn man häufiger in den Hotels übernachtet. Eher klein und unscheinbar, nah an der Hauptstraße gelegen, nachts aber super ruhig, da durch eine große Hecke vom Verkehr abgeschirmt. Der Frühstücksraum ist objektiv betrachtet recht klein, da sich in der Regel die Gäste aber über den Zeitraum des Frühstücks gut verteilen, gab es für uns keine Probleme einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das Frühstück würde ich nicht unbedingt als üppig bezeichnen, aber qualitativ war es top. Es war auch alles da was man benötigt und auch in ausreichender Menge, aber manch einer mag vielleicht mehr Auswahl erwarten. Es gab Käse, Frischwurst, Streichwurst, Frischkäse, Müslis, Joghurts, verschiedene Brot und Brötchensorten, hartgekochte Eier, einen Kaffee- und Saftautomaten, Butter, Margarine, etwas Rohkostgemüse und frisches Obst. Also absolut ausreichend und wie bereits gesagt frisch und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplätze sind bei voller Auslastung aus meiner Sicht zu wenig, an der Straße bekommt man aber auf dem Parkstreifen gut einen Platz. Nun zum Personal, was für mich unseren Aufenthalt in ein neues Level an Freundlichkeit und Empathie gehoben hat. Noch NIE wurden wir so herzlich in einem Hotel empfangen und noch NIE habe ich solch einen Service und Entgegenkommen erlebt - und wir sind bereits in ziemlich vielen Hotels unterwegs gewesen! Selbst die 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Hotels konnten da nicht mithalten! Ich möchte nicht näher drauf eingehen, aber die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen Y. S...n und Sh. P..l werden wissen was ich meine. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt im B&B, aber unser größter Dank geht definitiv an die beiden Damen der Rezeption 🩷 Liebe Geschäftsführung: das war ganz großes Kino und wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie unseren Dank an die beiden weiterleiten würden. By car: From the A2 or the A33 via the A2: Take the motorway exit 27 Bielefeld-Ost and follow the Lagesche Str./B66 in the direction of Bielefeld, continue straight ahead on Detmolder Str., turn around at Wismarer Str., drive in the opposite direction, the hotel is located after 170 m on the right-hand side. Free private parking available at the hotel.

Bus/train: From the main station, take the Stadtbahn line 3 towards Bielefeld-Stieghorst to Sieker Mitte, from there 10 min walk - or take the Stadtbahn line 2 towards Sieker from the main station to Sieker, from there 2 min walk
