Una sola notte ma accogliente e positivamente sorprendente ![trustyou]()
La gentilezza, la professionalità e la cura del personale alla reception, assieme alla pulizia di bagno e lenzuola, meritano una menzione. Da rivedere il servizio di distributore di acqua per tisane (guasto durante il nostro soggiorno, anche se ci è stata proposta prontamente un'altra soluzione) magari sostituibile con bollitori in dotazione per le camere. Queste ultime sono spaziose, minimal e in generale pulite. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto. Posizione comoda. Dotato di ascensore, terrazza panoramica e deposito bagagli.

Comfort a prezzo accessibile ![trustyou]()
La catena offre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e il personale è di solito giovane e gentile. L'hotel di Napoli è in posizione assai comoda (sulla piazza della stazione ferroviaria), a partire dalla quale si può esplorare uno dei centri storici più belli al mondo.

Seconda volta che ci vado. Ottima accoglienza, cortesia e disponibilità del personale, ma forse a causa dello stato dello stabile,la camera non è stata all'altezza. Crepe nei muri e bagno maleodorante e non comodissimo (solo per persone minute). Il cattivo odore comunque non derivava da cattiva pulizia,...anzi....bensì da reflussi di scarico. Le moquette di transito nei corridoi delle camere veramente sporche. Buona colazione. Ottimo letto e diponibilità canali TV

A 5 min a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Napoli, come in tutte le città la zona stazione è sempre un po' pericolosa ma mi sono sentita molto tranquilla nel raggiungere l'hotel, anche di sera, perché ogni 200 metri c'è una pattuglia di polizia o esercito. Letto molto comodo, ambiente curato, peccato solo per la mancanza del bidet che avrebbe reso il bagno più confortevole. Ho molto apprezzato la possibilità di acquistare in loco bevande e prodotti vari (spazzolino dentifricio rasoio Ciabatte ombrelli ecc) a prezzi più che onesti, andando incontro alle dimenticanze/necessità dei clienti. Personale di reception molto gentile.
