Convenient location, comfortable room

Like -- Proximity to train station & metro & many bus lines with good police presence, easy walking distance to historic center sights. Spacious double room, comfortable bed, good quality bedding, modern bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff. Don't Like -- There are a few steps between reception and elevator; toliet in my bathroom is located at a narrow spot making it diffucult to use; my window/balcony faced major heavy-traffic Corso G. Garibaldi with cars honking horns & trams thundering by since early morning. I recommend this hotel.

Ottimo hotel

Scelgo sempre gli hotel di questa catena, perché so che non posso avere sorprese. Hanno una filosofia che si avvicina al mio modo di pensare. Questo hotel è situato in posizione centrale, vicino alla metro e alla stazione ferroviaria. La zona è sicura, perché le forze dell'ordine sono sempre presenti, e questo mi ha fatto piacere notarlo. La pulizia è top, nulla da dire; il personale è molto professionale e ben disponibile: i ragazzi della reception sono stati cortesissimi nei nostri confronti in quanto hanno fatto di tutto per accontentare una ns richiesta. Ritornerò e sceglierò sempre questa catena, prenotando direttamente dal loro sito, perché hanno tariffe convenienti. Super consigliato.

Hotel was fine, area was terrible…

I think the hotel was fine for a base to explore it had good links to transport which was handy, it was a basic hotel but a pretty big room, really clean & the staff were friendly. I think the room could have done with a kettle and a mini fridge because the drinks we brought got really warm and there was nowhere to make tea in the room ( there was a machine in the lobby). The area where the hotel is is terrible, I felt like I was in the scummy part of London- I had an unsafe feeling the entire time I was there! There is just groups of men hanging around looking suspicious & kids! The hotel is right opposite like a teenage rec place and a train station and next to a McDonald’s so I assume that is why. Naples centre as a whole is covered in graffiti and it just generally a rough are. We used it as a base for Pompeii and sorrento which are both much nicer so I guess it did the job! But I wouldn’t recommend it for those reasons.

By car

From the motorway: the B&B Hotel Napoli is easy to reach from the A1/A3/A30 motorways, once you exit the motorway, follow the directions for Central Station/port areas and continue towards the Piazza Garibaldi Central Station.

By train
