La vista mare costa cara, in tutti i sensi ![trustyou]()
Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera n.86 del B&B di Diano Marina. La camera non meritava assolutamente il prezzo pagato e non corrispondeva assolutamente al livello di un hotel di 4 stelle come vi catalogate. Camera molto piccola che conteneva con difficoltà un letto matrimoniale, mobili vecchi, scrostati e sporchi. Il balcone con la vista mare è l'unica cosa di questa stanza che merita. Anche se anche questo sporco di escrementi di una famiglia di piccioni che ha fatto un nido nel tetto. Anche qui, i mobili vecchi e scrostati. La tenda a protezione del sole, non si sa da quanti non la lavano ne fanno manutenzione all'ingranaggio di apertura e chiusura della tenda. Il letto aveva lenzuole e federe coi buchi. Il secondo giorno, ho lasciato sia il cuscino che il lenzuolo ben in evidenza dove c'erano i buchi sperando si rendesse conto e le cambiasse, nulla di ciò è avvenuto. Le lenzuola sono state cambiate, quando dalla disperazione, per la puzza di fogna che impregnava il bagno e che di conseguenza si espandeva nel resto della stanza. Alla reception, la ragazza di turno venerdì 29, si sorprese che mi lamentassi della camera perché nessuno mai si era lamentato. Mi ha offerto di cambiare la camera, ma l'idea di traslocare quando il giorno seguente ce ne andavamo, mi mise in uno stato di stress. Risposi di no, intanto il giorno dopo ce ne andavamo. Più tardi in tarda mattinata mi disse che la direzione ci avrebbe offerto un aperitivo per scusarsi. Il giorno dopo al check out, era presente anche un uomo di nome Marco che ci ha chiesto com'era andato il soggiorno, io gli rispose male e spiegai la ragione, in particolare la puzza di fogna. Lui fece una faccia sorpresa, salvo pi durante la conversazione ammettere che avevano un problema con le camere del 4 piano, giusto dove aveva soggiornato. Du que se lo sapevano, perché non hanno offerto prima la possibilità di cambiare stanza alle persone che soggiornavano con disagio in quel piano? Perché hanno fatto pagare un prezzo che non era assolutamente congruo una stanza che stava dando problemi? Marco si è giustificato dando la colpa alla mareggiata che si era abbattuta nei giorni precedenti, ma risulta un poco strano credere che solo il 4 piano era stato colpito, mentre gli altri piani no. Cosa che mi ha fatto ancora di piu infuriare, è l'atteggiamento della ragazza della reception e il fatto che secondo lei nessuno mai si era lamentato di quella camera, invece sapeva molto bene cosa stava succedendo, ci siamo sentiti presi in giro per non usare altri termini più pesanti e raggirati. L'impressione che abbiamo avuto, è che la nostra camera sia una camera di riserva che danno quando l'hotel è pieno, questa struttura ha grandi potenzialità, ma c'è ancora molto da migliorare, soprattutto il proporsi come 4 stelle quando nella realtà dei servizi non lo è. Questo lo abbiamo potuto constatare osservando le altre camere quando venivano pulite, molto più grandi e spaziose, nei balconi c'erano mobili diversi e più curati con cuscini sulle sedie, mentre nel nostro non avevamo nulla di tutto ciò.

Good seafront hotel in Diano Marina - Great breakfast
The hotel is nicely located in front of the Diano Marina beach and in a relatively quiet area. The availability of a paying parking option is a plus. Short walking distance of restaurant area and very friendly and helpful staff.
