B&B HOTEL Venezia Laguna
Abbiamo soggiornato prima di Capodanno e siamo stati bene, camere spaziose e pulite, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Inoltre la struttura si distingue per il servizio di accoglienza del ricevimento, in particolare del ragazzo che ci ha accolto alla Reception di cui non ricordo il nome (Dimitri) forse.
Nonostante la grande mole di lavoro e il continuo arrivo di persone con valigie, non ci trasmetteva nessuna ansia, anzi, riusciva a fare più cose contemporaneamente. Ciò ci ha molto colpito!
Peccato siamo stati solo una notte, ma credo ritorneremo per qualche giorno in più per vedere di più Venezia!

New Year stay
The staff were all very helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant and the maintenance team.
However a few points to note as follows;
1.The entrance to reception is not very well signposted from the main road.
2. During busy periods in the restaurant, guests were still bringing luggage through to the rooms at far end from reception.
3. The window in the bedroom would not open and the maintainance man had to come out twice to rectify the fault.
4. The room safe was indicating low battery. We did report it but decided to risk carrying on using it..
5. New Year's Eve 5 course meal. This proved to be a bit of unsatisfactory event. The food was not served until at least 45mins after arrival at 20:30 hrs.
6. We only received 3 of the 5 courses. When we mentioned this to the manager, he was very apologetic and ensured that our bill was reduced accordingly, including our drinks.
7. During the meal, there was obvious confusion between the staff and customers. This resulted in several people leaving early and very disgruntled.
8. The singer/DJ was very good but the overall atmosphere was not very festive. As a hotel employee, he was also assisting the restaurant staff for some considerable time.
9. As a result of the above issues in the restaurant, it appears that all the guests, including ourselves had left before the New Year
celebrations.
10. I appreciate that this was the first major function that the hotel has held since its opening, so there are lessons to be learned. Including the layout of the hotel, signage and maintenance issues. The rooms need to be chrecked for any issues or faults before being occupied.
Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and although there were a few issues, it did not spoil our New Year Break.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti a capodanno e ci siamo trovati molto bene, il personale è gentile e professionale, la ns. camera spaziosa e pulita seppur minimale ma con tutto il necessario, colazione ottima e varia, garage privato sotto l' hotel, posizione comoda x vaporetto e people mover in zona estremamente tranquilla.
Uniche note : finestra bloccata e assenza di bollitore in camera .

Kiepskie, niby obsługa chce pomóc ale na tym się kończy,miałam problem ponieważ dostałam miesiączki nie ma możliwości zakupu środków higienicznych w hotelu.
Hotel ładny, śniadania poza zimną jajecznicą i bekonem ok. Natomiast tam nikt się nie spieszy, taksówka zamówiona na lotnisko na 4 rano przyjechała prawie pół godziny po czasie i dla nich to jest norma. Brak automatu ze środkami higieny osobistej a do sklepu jest bardzo daleko. W pobliżu można kupić jedynie pamiątki. Na plus wygodne łóżko, no ale to nie wszystko podczas pobytu
