Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Une nuit c est suffisant

Nous avions demandé une chambre à étage calme Nous nous sommes retrouvés au rez de chaussé à côté des portes d entrées et face a la route !!. Merci pour la prise en compte de notre demande!!!! Parking sécurisé 0 car le portail ne s est jamais fermé de la nuit. La machine extérieur ne marchait pas. Elle ne trouvait aucune réservation. Heureusement la réceptionniste ce jour la partez et elle a fait des heures supp pour aider les gens à retrouver leur réservation.

Lors de votre arrivée tardive, la borne extérieure était pleinement opérationnelle : il suffit d’y indiquer le nom associé à votre réservation et le numéro de réservation pour y accéder. Notre réceptionniste a proposé son assistance afin de faciliter ce processus, mais une borne d’assistance disponible 24h/24 est également à votre disposition pour toute difficulté. Le parking étant sécurisé, le portail se ferme automatiquement chaque nuit afin que tous nos clients aient le temps de se garer avant leur check-in. Nous nous efforçons toujours de répondre aux demandes spécifiques de nos clients. Dans de rares cas exceptionnels, comme ce soir-là, il peut arriver que la chambre souhaitée ne soit pas disponible, mais nous veillons toujours à proposer la meilleure solution possible. Nous vous recommandons de rappeler vos préférences lors du check-in afin que nous puissions en tenir compte dans la mesure du possible. très sympa !

connaissant cet hotel depuis très longtemps , le rapport qualité prix est correct , dommage que les cabines de douche soient de tailles petites surtout quand on est comme moi un grand gabarit !
