What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

pour une fois : décevant

Je viens 3 nuits presque 1 fois par mois pour une formation à Lyon 3. Habituellement cela se passe très bien. Outre la dame du petit déjeuner qui n'est jamais agréable et donc la productivité me questionne (on balance dans les plats les mets alimentaires devant les clients... je n'ai plus jamais pris d'oeuf.. et la vaisselle sale s'empile et ne reviens que tardivement propre) , mais on fait avec... tout le monde est très accueillant, serviable et professionnel. J'apprécie les chambres, la literie, l'accessibilité et le check in à distance ! J'ai plus de mal avec le Wi FI très instable, et peut performant... impossible de travailler à l'hôtel ! Mais ce séjour fut catastrophique : je mets de coté l'alarme incendie (car c'est surement une erreur et cela reste profitable qu'elle sonne), en revanche le lendemain le personnel devrait être plus réceptif avec les clients.. j'ai moi même était engueulé par un client mal servi à son déjeuner (il était fatigué et a été mal accueilli et n'avait plus rien à manger), je n'y étais pour rien et il s'en est excusé, mais c'est l'image du problème ! la literie dans une chambre PMR, que je n'avais pourtant pas demandé... ou alors le site de réservation est très peu lisible. (ma compagne est handicapée, j'ai donc l'habitude de réserver ces chambres quand je suis avec elle et des classiques quand je suis seul), était NULLE !!! je suis ressorti de cette semaine avec le dos bloqué. Une première dans votre établissement ! Est ce le lit PMR ou un défaut de cette chambre (419) ?? J'ai déjà parlé du WiFi mais cette fois ce fut le pompon. Pas stable plus d'1h.. Très déçu par ce séjour. J'ai déjà réservé pour une prochaine visite (que 2 nuits, car le jeudi vous devez déjà être en tarifs Lumière... c'est normal), mais ce sera peut être ma dernière.

The hotel's location near the Gare Jean Macé is perfect if you are travelling by train; you can reach the B&B HOTEL on foot in 6 minutes or take Tram T2 to the 1st stop: Station Berthelot Centre.
