B&B HOTEL Orgeval
Suffisant pour une nuit/halte avant de reprendre la route
Hôtel facilement accessible en voiture, parking possible autour et au sein de l'établissement. Petit plus pour le restaurant juste à côté qui peut rendre service.
Le check-in sur une machine en dehors des heures d'ouverture est plutôt facile à réaliser.
Accès aux chambres facile. Lit convenable, prises en nombre suffisant, linge de toilette correct.
Malheureusement nous avions une chambre avec une climatisation très très bruyante et totalement inefficace. Heureusement que la température extérieure est plus raisonnable ces jours-ci, je ne sais pas si nous aurions dormi en cas de canicule.
L'insonorisation de la chambre n'est pas optimale : que la fenêtre soit ouverte ou fermée, il y a le même niveau de bruit.
Petit déjeuner dans des horaires corrects pour un weekend, diversité des produits appréciée, choix... Personnel très discret qui réapprovisionne très régulièrement le buffet ainsi que les couverts/plateaux.
Arrivée/départ possible sans que la réception ne soit ouverte très apprécié (arrivée à 2h du matin pour un départ vers 11h).
Convient pour une halte sur un long trajet ou pour passer une nuit en banlieue au plus près de la capitale.

Era ció che cercavo conoscendo l'offerta e avendo già pernottato in altre strutture della carena in oggetto
Ottimo per una notte di appoggio per continuare un viaggio verso altre mete o come appoggio a causa di lavoro in trasferta. Vicino ad attività di ristorazione e alle strade di lunga percorrenza che congiungono Parigi con l'ampio hinterland. Non abbiamo utilizzato la sala per la prima colazione perché presente una boulangerie molto fornita che proponeva sia dolci che salati di discreta fattura. Il bagno è molto piccolo ma funzionale, munito di una doccia chiusa da tendina (non aspettatevi cabine doccia) ed un lavandino di piccole dimensioni. Gli spazi sono minimali e c'è un po' di difficoltà con le valige.

Inhabited since prehistoric times, Orgeval is mentioned for the first time in the year 1020, in a royal charter. In the 13th century, the town prospered and built up around the Moutier, one of the hamlets that are now part of the town. The abbey of Abbécourt was founded here in 1180. In the 14th century, the town was strongly affected by the Hundred Years’ War: the abbey and the chateaux were decimated. Orgeval saw major population growth through the 17th and & 18th centuries: the mineral source of Abbécourt became a spa, and Louis XV had the King’s Highway built. In the 20th century, Orgeval was transformed and went from an agricultural town to a city on the edge of the Parisian metropolitan area. It also consolidated its economic growth around fruit-tree cultivation. In terms of urban planning, the city centre is built around the square of the Church of Saint-Pierre-Saint-Paul.
