What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

déplorable, je n'y reviendrai jamais.

2eme jour plus aucune serviettes. Nuits très bruyantes, autoroutes d'un côté et national de l'autre, insonorisation avec les voisin s inexistante. Dernier jour (vendredi) pas de jambon, ni fromage au petit dejeuner.

Hôtel satisfaisant

Je suis un peu déçu au niveau du retour client. Suite à un problème de paiement j'ai envoyé un message le vendredi à 17H pour une réservation le soir et j'ai eu un retour le lundi dans la journée. C'est un peu limite. De plus j'ai effectué le paiement via le lien que l'on m'a envoyé et j'ai aucun retour ce jour là suite à ce paiement. il a fallu attendre le lendemain dans la journée. Je ne trouve pas cela normal.
