What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hotel bien placé pour des sorties sur Paris. Salle de bain et WC pas top et pas trop de choix pour le petit déjeuner par rapport à d’autres hôtels de la chaîne. Accueil parfait.

En fait j' ai payé la chambre et heureusement que j' ai retenu le numéro de code qui s est écrit à l' écran car aucun ticket ne s 'est imprimé . Cela m était déjà arrivé une fois et j' avais du repayer la chambre une seconde fois . IL faut retenir la chambre et un numéro à 6 chiffres. lorsque j' ai voulu revoir le numéro j' ai repris mon numéro de réservation mais l appareil m a répondu que cette réservation n' existait pas . l appareil a du considérer que j 'avais déjà payé la réservation donc il a effacé ce numéro . il n était donc plus possible de consulter le code de ma chambre 17
