What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Je ne recommande pas du tout. À notre arrivée, nous avons utilisé la machine libre service pour récupérer le code de notre chambre. La chambre était très petite, très sombre, complètement humide et poussiéreuse, on aurait cru que celle ci n’était pas faite… Nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre, le réceptionniste était très gentil, il nous a changé de chambre sans problème. Celle-ci était déjà moins bruyante, moins humide et moins poussiéreuse. Mais les chambres restent très petites et sombres ont se sent comme en prison… Mis à part ça, tout le personnel a était accueillant !
