What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Séjour déplaisant avec mauvaise expérience client

Une expérience client déplorable ! La réservation en ligne s’est bien passé, j’ai ensuite fait mon check in en ligne et se fut le début des problèmes … Je n’ai jamais reçu les codes, j’ai contacter l’assistance. La première personne m’a demandé d’attendre 17h (ma chambre était accessible à 14h et il était 15h30 quand je suis arrivée sur place). Je trouve ça absolument pas normal d’avoir ce type de réponse. Après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement de cette réponse, il m’indique une chambre avec un code. J’arrive dans la chambre et je découvre une chambre pas nettoyé : lit défait, draps avec tache de sans, déchets partout dans la chambre, … Je recontacte l’assistance, je tombe sur une autre personne qui me répond, je ne peux pas vous aider, quelqu’un arrivera plus tard sur place puis il raccroche. Je recontacte alors une troisième fois l’assistance et là je tombe sur une troisième personne (jamais 2 sans 3 !). Je tombe sur une personne qui m’indique enfin la bonne chambre. Plus d’une heure pour avoir ma chambre alors que jamais fait tout le nécessaire pour accéder à ma chambre dès mon arrivée. Meme pas installé, l’expérience client était déjà très désagréable ! Je n’ai jamais reçu les codes de ma chambre et du parking par sms comme demandé. L’hôtel n’était pas très calme, mais je ne m’attendais pas à mieux. Cependant, le matin alors que ma chambre devait être libéré pour 12h. Des 11h, une personne débarque pour faire le ménage. Alors déjà que je n’ai pas pu accédé à ma chambre avant 16h45 alors que l’accès devait être possible dès 14h, on vient me dérange 1h avant l’heure limite de départ. Très déplorable comme expérience de nouveau. Je passerai le fais que l’eau était froide et le débit inexistant et que la propreté des toilettes laissez à désirer… Je ne conseillerai cet hôtel à personne, et je ne garderai pas une tres bonne image de B&B. Très peu de chance que je réserve une nouvelle fois un hôtel B&B. En espérant que mon avis, permettra à d’autres de ne pas vivre une expérience similaire.
