What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bien pour 2 nuits

Pour 2 nuits disons que ça fait l'affaire, cela reste un hôtel avec des aménagements standard, la literie était correcte, les serviettes de toilettes plutôt fines, pas de sèche cheveux sur place. Assez déçue de la gestion du problème que nous avons rencontrés, la personne n'a pas été très commerçante d'autant que l'erreur initiale n'était pas de notre fait, nous avions une confirmation de réservation pour 4 personnes avec 2 chambres et arrivés le soir à la borne 1 seule chambre était affichée. Nous avons donc repris 1 chambre pour les 2 nuits, qui nous a couté plus cher que la réservation sur le site, pensant qu'on pourrait trouver une explication et une solution le lendemain avec le personnel. Le lendemain on nous informe que la chambre initiale nous a été débité pour non présentation, elle nous a été remboursé aux vu des explications donnés mais pas la différence de prix de 40€ qui était + cher. Nous avons demandé à avoir un geste en remboursant les petits déjeuners pour compenser et nous avons fait face à un refus, alors que nous venions du Vaucluse (+ de 8h de route) pour 2 nuits, à 4 pour un enterrement. Je n'ai pas trouvé beaucoup d'empathie de la part de cette responsable d'hôtel.

Bonjour madame, le soir de votre arrivée je vous ai bien appelé et vous m'avez confirmé que vous avez bien le mail de réservation avec le numéro bien évidemment, je pense bien que le problème ne vient pas de notre part et pourtant j'ai eu la gentillesse de vous rembourser la nuit de la réservation non annulée. j'étais très professionnelle avec vous et j'étais aussi compréhensive du moment ou j'ai procédé au remboursement alors que l'hotel était complet et cette chambre remboursée représente bien un invendu pour nous. votre commentaire est une méchanceté gratuite envers nous, du faite que vous vouliez nous faire payer à votre place alors que l"erreur vient de vous. la prochaine fois je vous conseille de bien vérifier vos réservation et savoir utiliser les moyens disposé par B&B hotels( borne , appels d'urgence) afin d'accuser les gens et salir leur l'image gratuitement.
