What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très bien pour le prix, seul bémol le portail est fermé de bonne heure et plus de boîtier code (arraché) impossible de sortir en voiture, d ou appel a l assistance, mais bonne réaction, peu d attente, il serait temps de remplacer ce boîtier. Hôtel bb1 lisse frison

Séjour inacceptable

Douche bouché ,chambre pas aéré odeur de l’ancien occupant, pas de machine a café pour les personnes qui partes plus tôt, nous sommes restés bloqué à l’extérieur presque 1h car le code ne fonctionnait pas nous étions plusieurs à essayer, l’assistance 24/24 ne répondait pas et à mit 1h pour répondre. hôtel a fuir du jamais vue ! Aucune hygiène ! Des poils dans la douche quelle honte !
