Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bonjour, j’ai louer une chambre, qui au premier abord paraissais propre, réveiller dans la nuit par une araignée de la taille d’un pouce, bac de douche boucher, savon pour les mains vide, gel le douche vide, des toiles d’araignée au plafond et le pompom réveiller par la femme de ménage a 10h30 en essayant de nous virer et nous dire qu'on devais partir alors que le papier sur la porte ou etait ecrit ne pas déranger etait mits, pour des services payer je trouve sa médiocre,de plus aujourd’hui lundi 29 on a essayer de me prélever deux fois le prix de la chambre ! je vous joins des photos si dessous, j’aimerais un geste commercial ou un remboursement, sinon je me verrais faire un mauvais commentaire et une mauvaise pub sur l’hôtel b&b de Châteauroux aéroport
