Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Problème avec l automate d accès

Problème avec le distributeur automatique de chambre avec réservation préalable. L automate demande le n de réservation et le nom. Le problème est sur le nom. J ai tout essayé prénom nom puis nom prénom avec ou non majuscule. Toujours le refus de donner la chambre et le code. Très pénible lorsque il est 23h ! Il faut améliorer ce logiciel. Au bout de 10 tentatives ratées, j ai appelé l assistance qui m a donné les codes pour accéder à la chambre. Tout cela avec la voiture qui bloquait l entrée car je n avais pas le code.
