Hôtel fantôme

J'ai séjourné à de nombreuses reprises dans des hôtels B&B que ce soit pour mes déplacements pro ou perso et j'avais toujours été très satisfait. Cependant, je suis fortement déçu de mon expérience au sein de l'hôtel B&B Châteauroux aéroport. La chambre était similaire à l'ensemble des autres hôtels de la chaîne cependant, en voulant me rendre au petit déjeuner, je suis tombé sur une salle entièrement vide avec un buffet non dressé et absolument personne pour me renseigner ni aucune information affiché dans la salle. Suite à cela, j'ai porté réclamation afin de me faire rembourser les deux petits-déjeuners, le service n'ayant pas été assuré par l'hôtel. On m'a répondu que j'aurai du me renseigner à l'accueil (où il n'y avait absolument personne) et que le petit-déjeuner m'aurait été servis dans un autre hôtel du groupe situé à proximité. En contrepartie, on m'a offert deux petits-déjeuners à prendre dans l'hôtel de la chaîne que je souhaitais alors que je demandais tout simplement un remboursement. Je regrette fortement que la chaîne n'assume pas ses responsabilités et n'accepte pas de me rembourser le service qu'ils n'ont pas pu assurer. Je regrette également qu'on me reproche de ne pas avoir été voir dans les autres hôtels alors que je n'avais eu aucune indication dans ce sens lors de mon séjour. Je ne retournerai bien évidemment pas dans cet hôtel et préférai, dans la mesure du possible, des chaînes concurrentes lors de mes prochains voyages.

  • What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
