What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Mauvaise acceuil

Nous avons appelé à 23h50 le vendredi 31 octobre au soir pour réserver une chambre (c'était durant les NRJ music Awards). La personne à l'accueil nous réponds que l'hôtel est complet. Je vais sur le site et je vois que je peux réserver des chambre et qu'il n'est pas complet. Je réserve à 23h58 et on se présente à l'accueil la dame énervé nous dis que c'est complet il y avait une affiche. Sauf que je lui montre ma réservation et je lui dis que je ne comprends pas pourquoi elle a dit à mon collègue que l'hôtel était complet alors que moi j'ai pu réserver sur le site internet. La personne qui était à l'accueil ne nous donne pas de réponse. Nous dit que vous avez eu de la chance à 2 minutes près. Nous aurons eu la chambre qu'à 14h le lendemain. Très mauvais accueil, on dirait qu'elle avait pas envie de travailler qu'on l'a dérangé. Nous dit que l'hôtel est complet alors que sur site internet mais il n'est pas complet donc je ne recommande pas.

Access Cannes La Bocca Plage

From Aix en Provence/Marseille/Nice (A8): exit 41 La Bocca. Airport Cannes Mandeliau. Follow the airport direction. Continue along the Avenue Antoine de St Exupéry. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the Avenue Francis Tonner. At the lights continue straight on, direction La Bocca - Centre Croisette - Office de Tourisme. Take the 1st street on the right after Renault. The hotel is located on the right.

From Cannes (via the Bd du Midi): follow the coast road, direction Mandelieu/La Napoule. At the l'Espace roundabout take the 1st right, direction A8/ZI La Bocca/Cannes Mandelieu Airport. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit, direction A8. At the lights turn right, direction La Bocca - Centre Croisette - Office de Tourisme. Then the 1st street on the right after Renault.
