Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel B & B de Mérignac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel B & B de Mérignac. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès l’arrivée, avec une jeune femme souriante et disponible. La chambre était propre (ainsi que les espaces collectifs). Un excellent rapport qualité / prix. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors d’un prochain séjour dans la région.

Je ne reviendrai pas

Habitué des hôtels, de part mon activité professionnelle, je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de ce séjour. Galère pour récupérer ma chambre, via votre borne qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Ma chambre équipé de deux lits 1 place très étroits. La propreté moyenne, Une douche aux dimensions trop réduites, Le petit déjeuner qui manque de diversité, Et pour finir un accueil assez impersonnel. Désolé, mais je ne reviendrai pas.
