What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Dès que vous nous l’avez signalé, une solution vous a été immédiatement proposée avec un changement de chambre afin de répondre au plus vite à votre demande. Concernant les odeurs mentionnées dans les deux chambres, des contrôles vont être réalisés avec notre équipe afin d’en identifier l’origine et d’y remédier. Vos remarques sur les douches, l’étanchéité des parois, la taille des espaces ainsi que le confort de la literie ont également bien été prises en considération. Notre établissement, membre du groupe B&B HOTELS, fait l’objet d’un suivi régulier en matière d’entretien et d’amélioration. Nous comprenons que vous ayez pu constater des différences avec des hôtels plus récents du groupe. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous proposons une formule buffet à volonté sucré/salé comprenant un vaste choix de produits.
