What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hotel réservé sur le site en pensant être à Amiens centre cathédrale .pour visiter Amiens cela me semblait parfait En réalité sans me prévenir la réservation était pour Amiens longeau qui ce trouve à 15 min en voiture très déçu sur ce point quand on veut faire tout à pied . une fois de plus le personnel sur place n'y est pour rien .encore une pratique de redirection légèrement douteuse.

From Amiens, city centre : follow train station SNCF , then direction Longueau/Parc hôtelier Jules Verne to the next roundabout (Leroy Merlin). Take the last exit.

From Paris (A1) or from Lille/Arras/Bruxelles (A1) : after the tollgate, exit 51, follow Longueau.

From Paris (A16) : exit Amiens Sud then take the rocade (bypass) direction Saint-Quentin, exit 34 Longueau.
