What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel à fuir, ayant un responsable non professionnel.

Pire hôtel fréquentés, arrivés dans la chambre les draps étaient tachés et il y avait des poils et des cheveux dans le lit. On a dû refaire le lit grâce aux draps trouvés sur un chariot. Quand je me suis plains par mail avec photos à l'appui, j'ai envoyé le mail trente minutes après avoir eût les clefs , la responsable m'a répondu désolée du désagrément il fallait nous appeler mais il n'y avait personne et en tant que responsable je peux vous assurer que si ça arrive dans mon hôtel je fais un geste commercial et remboursé mon client car j'aurai honte mais non là on m'a limite dit que je mentais car soit disant c'est le responsable en personne de l'hôtel qui fait les lits ....fuyez cet établissement.

Seul petite réflexion mais elle est importante il me semble. Au petit déjeuner les tables ne sont pas nettoyées après ,quand une ou des personnes ont fini de le prendre. Pas très hygiénique.

Access Aix-en-Provence Pont de l'Arc

From Lyon : A8 direction Toulon/Nice. Exit 30b Aix-Pont de l'Arc , follow complexe sportif . After 200m on the right, just before Krypton.

From Marseille : A51 Direction Aix-en-Provence then direction Toulon/Nice and exit 30b.

From Nice : A8 direction Lyon/Marseille, exit 30 Aix-Pont de l'Arc : at the roundabout follow Toulon/Fréjus then Krypton.

From Aix Rotonde : From the tourist office, take the Avenue des Belges , then Avenue Pierre de Brossolette : cross the motorway. On the left at the roundabout direction Krypton.
