Bon rapport qualité prix

L’hôtel était parfait pour nous au niveau emplacement et prix. La personne que j’ai eue au téléphone etait parfaite aussi mais ensuite trop de négligence : oubli de transmettre les codes, la jeune personne à l’accueil m’a regardé me battre avec la porte alors que je croulais sous mes sacs. Il a fallu que je me tourne vers elle pour qu’elle m’indique où je devais appuyer pour débloquer la porte. Enfin j’avais oublié mes lunettes et un vêtement mais l’hôtel ne m’a pas contactée. C’est moi qui ai dû me manifester. Si l’hôtel m’avait appelé le jour même ou le lendemain cela aurait été plus facile de récupérer mes affaires. Ensuite j’étais loin.

  • What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
