What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Je n’ai pas pu accéder à ma chambre malgré le checking réalisé en ligne. Le distributeur en panne, pas de code une sur la porté indiquait problème informatique et la réception était fermée. J’ai appelé par l’interphone la personne m’a répondu de revenir aux heures d’ouverture de la réception. Ne pouvant pas venir à ces horaires j’ai du prendre une chambre dans un autre hôtel alors que j’ai payé b&b et que je devais pouvoir accéder à ma chambre à partir de 14 heures. Vous êtes capable de coller une affiche mais pas de laisser la réception ouverte. Bravo
