B&B Hotels Brazil has been informed of a security incident involving the reservation management system of one of its suppliers. According to the supplier, a vulnerability allowed certain data to be accessed without authorization, including names, addresses, document numbers, email addresses, nationalities, and reservation information. The supplier reports that the vulnerability has been fixed and that the incident has been closed.
As reservation information may be used to make fraudulent messages more convincing, we would like to remind you that B&B Hotels does not request card details, passwords, or bank transfers, nor does it send links to update payment information by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If you receive any such contact, do not click on links, provide any information, or make payments.
