    By Car: Coming from the A22, take the exit towards Heiligenstadt. Follow Heiligenstädter Straße to house number 44. The B&B HOTEL Wien-Heiligenstadt is located directly on this main street.

    By Public Transport: Take the U4 or U6 to Spittelau station. From there it is only a few minutes' walk along Heiligenstädter Straße to the hotel. Simply take the station exit ‘Heiligenstädterstraße.’ Alternatively, you can also take tram line D, which also stops at Spittelau station.

City tax

The city of Vienna charges a local tax for overnight guests. The amount of the fee is 3.2% of the net fee for the stay minus a flat-rate deduction of 11%. Minors who are in Vienna for school or vocational training are excluded from paying the local tax. The same applies to students at Viennese universities and technical colleges. The hotel must pay the collected taxes to the City of Vienna on the basis of the guest records.
