I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, I can confidently say that my experience was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I felt well taken care of, comfortable, and genuinely impressed by both the service and the environment. I am extremely satisfied with my stay, and if not for a few small technical details regarding the television, everything would have been absolutely perfect. Still, even with that minor inconvenience, the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. To begin with, the location is absolutely fantastic. This was one of the biggest advantages for me and one of the main reasons I would happily return. The hotel is situated in an area that provides both convenience and atmosphere—whether you want quick access to public transport, walking-distance attractions, nice cafés, or simply a safe and pleasant neighborhood to return to after a long day, this place definitely delivers. I loved being able to step outside and immediately feel connected to the city. For anyone staying for tourism, business, or a short escape, the location alone is truly a strong selling point. When it comes to cleanliness and overall presentation, the hotel deserves the highest praise. My room was spotless when I arrived—fresh bedding, clean bathroom, well-maintained furniture, and not a single sign of neglect. Everything looked tidy and organized, and the room felt airy, bright, and comfortable. Housekeeping clearly takes great care to maintain a high standard, and that attention to detail had a big impact on my comfort throughout the stay. The common areas of the hotel were equally well-kept: hallways were clean, the lobby always looked neat, and I never encountered any unpleasant smells or clutter. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the quality and appearance of the environment. Another aspect I appreciated was how easy the check-in process was. I value simplicity and efficiency when I arrive after a long trip, and here the system was very straightforward. Everything was clearly explained, there were no unnecessary delays, and I felt immediately welcomed. The instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to access my room without any problems. That level of seamless organization always makes the beginning of a stay feel relaxed and stress-free, which I truly appreciate. The room itself was comfortable and practical. I had all the essentials I needed: a comfortable bed, good lighting, a functional bathroom, and enough storage space for my things. The temperature in the room was easy to regulate, the windows blocked out street noise nicely, and I slept exceptionally well throughout my stay. I also appreciated the minimalist and modern design; everything felt thoughtfully arranged, without unnecessary decorations or clutter. It created a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made it very easy to unwind. Now, regarding the small downside I mentioned earlier: the television setup. This was the only aspect that didn’t fully meet my expectations, though it wasn’t something that ruined the stay by any means. I simply would have loved the option to connect my own device to the TV—whether via Bluetooth, screen mirroring, or HDMI—so I could watch my own content in the evenings. Additionally, most of the available channels were in German, and it would have been wonderful to have access to more international channels or at least the option of English subtitles. In today’s world, where streaming platforms and online content are such an important part of how people relax, having YouTube available on the TV would also have been a major plus. It’s a small, modern convenience, but one that can make a big difference, especially for longer stays. Hopefully, this is something the hotel will consider adding in the future. Besides this minor detail, everything else about the room and the hotel in general was absolutely top-notch. The Wi-Fi worked without interruptions, the staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed something, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. I felt safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of throughout my stay. Another highlight worth mentioning is the excellent value for money. The price was completely reasonable for what the hotel offers. Considering the prime location, the high standard of cleanliness, the comfort of the room, and the smooth organization of everything from check-in onward, I consider the cost perfectly fair—and even better than expected. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find hotels that combine this level of quality with such an accessible price point, so I truly appreciate that this place does. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It provided comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and a great atmosphere—all the things I look for when choosing accommodation. The only thing I genuinely missed was improved functionality and options on the television, such as more international channels, subtitles, the ability to connect my own device, or built-in access to apps like YouTube. Aside from that, everything was genuinely excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
