Einchecken per Automaten ist tatsächlich auch nachts möglich. Mein Zimmer: riesengroß, alles so sauber! U-Bahn ist in der Nähe.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and was satisfied with the room and cleanliness. However, having bottled water in the room would be very convenient. During some hours, the reception was not available, and at one point I couldn’t get water when I needed it. A vending machine in the common area for water, snacks, and hot water would be a great improvement, especially when the reception is closed.

Hotel je příjemný, pohodový, pokoje čisté a prostorné. Koupelná dostačující. Snídaně velmi kvalitní a velký výběr. Personál příjemný a pohodový. Doproučuji.

Angenehmes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte in Wien
Habe 3 Monate vorher das Zimmer sehr günstig buchen können. Allerdings hat sich dieses neben dem Lüftungsraum befunden, der immer wieder Geräusche gemacht hat in der Nacht. Es war sehr sauber und angenehm eingerichtet, sodass sich ein Gast beim Betreten des Zimmers schon wohlfühlen kann. Beim Frühstück wurde schnell geholfen, als die Kaffeemaschine nicht reagierte. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich war freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde ständig nachgefüllt und es war trotz des Andrangs so vieler Gäste, immer alles da. Die Tische und Stühle wurden gleich geputzt, wenn jemand gegangen ist. Die Abreise ist unkompliziert ohne Auszuchecken.

By Car: Coming from the A22, take the exit towards Heiligenstadt. Follow Heiligenstädter Straße to house number 44. The B&B HOTEL Wien-Heiligenstadt is located directly on this main street.
