Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Ha sido el único b y b de los que he visitado, y son bastantes, donde he tenido un problema con la recepcionista, llegamos un día antes de nuestra reserva, le explico que hemos tenido un problema, que el niño lleva días malito, y que hemos decidido adelantar la vuelta a casa de las vacaciones, ningún problema, nos cambia la reserva, con un incremento de precio, como no. Como había mirado previamente disponibilidad y precios en este hotel, me quedo sorprendido al ver un precio aún mayor, que el que había visto previamente, y dicha señora se me hace la loca, al preguntarle por ello, pago y al salir, confirmo que me ha cobrado más de lo que sale en la página, entro a protestar, y la señora me dice que es mi problema si me he equivocado de día de llegada, está señora es sorda, me toma por tonto, o simplemente es una caradura, y encima de no tener nada de empatía, me está llamando mentiroso en mi cara? señores de b y b como cliente habitual de su cadena, no creo tener que aguantar a personas de esta calaña en sus establecimientos, desde hace años eran una apuesta segura y de confianza cada vez que iba a Francia, e incluso a otros países, la próxima vez tendré que mirar otras opciones.
