B&B Hotel Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt: Have a good and affordable night’s sleep in the multi-faceted Bad Cannstatt.

 

In addition to the well-known Cannstatter Wasen, Stuttgart’s Bad Cannstatt region has several other attractions to offer. The venue for VfB Stuttgart’s Bundesliga games is the Mercedes-Benz Arena. There’s a great deal of enjoyment to be had at the Wilhelma Zoological and botanical gardens. Thanks to Gottlieb Daimler, Bad Cannstatt can be regarded as one of the birthplaces of the motorbike and the car. Its spa businesses and 19 mineral springs contribute to Bad Cannstatt’s versatile appeal. Located just 5km away from Stuttgart, the city’s attractions are also readily accessible to visitors.

Location

The centrally-located B&B Hotel Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt is around 450m from the Bad Cannstatt train station and around 300m from the nearest U-Bahn station at Bad Cannstatt Wilhelmsplatz and Mercedesstraße, making it easily accessible by public transport. The grounds of the Cannstatter Wasen and the Wilhelma are just 15 minutes away on foot. The Mercedes-Benz Arena and the Mercedes-Benz Museum are both about 2.5 km away from the hotel, and can be reached on foot, via U-Bahn or by car.

Gutes Hotel mit guter, zweckmäßiger Ausstattung ohne Schnickschnack.

Ich habe das Hotel im Rahmen eines Besuchs einer Veranstaltung in der Schleierhalle gebucht. Die Halle ist in 10-15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der Nähe zu den Bahngleisen war es im Zimmer sehr leise. Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand, genau was ich gesucht habe. Das Frühstück war Klasse, alles was man braucht.

Gutes Hotel würde ich wieder buchen

Wenn es was zu bemängeln ist es das wir ein Zimmer zu den Bahngleisen hatten und die Züge doch sehr hörbar waren. Ansonsten ein sehr sauberes Zimmer, nette Angestellte und ein leckeres Frühstück.

How to get there

From Karlsruhe-Munich A8: Exit Wendlingen onto B313 towards Plochingen, then left onto B10 via Esslingen am Neckar towards Stuttgart Bad-Cannstatt. Follow the B10/B14 to Mineralbad Leuze and turn right over the König-Karls-Brücke bridge into König-Karl-Straße and change to the other side of the street at Wilhelmsplatz. The B&B Hotel Stuttgart Bad-Cannstatt in König-Karl-Straße 78 is on the right hand side.

Parking spaces must be reserved at the reception desk.

Bus/Bahn: S-Bahn Linien S1/S2/S3 ab Hauptbahnhof bis zur Haltestelle Stuttgart Bad-Cannstatt. Das Hotel ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt.
