What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Un hôtel, c'est fait pour se reposer. Enfin, normalement...

Arrivée tardive à l'hôtel vers 23h, de nombreuses personnes encombraient l'entrée. Après avoir pris notre chambre, nous avons subi beaucoup de bruit venant des couloirs jusque 2h du matin. J'ai dû intervenir à 4 reprises, sans succès. Les enfants qui prenaient les couloirs pour des aires de jeu semblaient n'être sous aucune surveillance d'un adulte ! Après une courte nuit, les nuisances sonores ont débuté à 6h30 par des personnes qui toquaient aux portes et des adultes qui parlaient à haute voix dans les couloirs (apparemment un groupe de touristes belges au regard des plaques d'immatriculation sur le parking). Bref, ne pouvant plus dormir, nous avons quitté plus tôt que prévu l'hôtel après une très courte nuit et avons, non sans mal, parcouru les 500 km qui nous séparaient de notre domicile. Dommage pour un jour férié !

Prima hotel voor 1 overnachting. Netjes, vriendelijk personeel, eenvoudig maar voldoende ontbijt. Ditmaal hadden wij een kamer voor minder validen op gelijkvloers. Iets ruimer dan de andere kamers en lekker fris. Super, super!! Willen wij nog wel!
