Volgende keer een ander hotel .

Een nagenoeg onbemand hotel. Wanneer je aan komt is het dan even zoeken geblazen om te vinden waar alles is. Qua onthaal scoort het dus een 1 omdat er gewoon helemaal niemand was. Tijdens het ontbijt bleek zowaar dat er toch wel iemand van de staf aanwezig was. Tijdens de 3 overnachtingen/ontbijtjes hebben 2x een dame en 1 keer een heer gezien. De dame probeerde 100 dingen tegelijk te regelen en kwam daardoor een beetje gestrest over. Ondanks dat was ze zeer klantvriendelijk en beleefd en het leek er op dat ze alles onder controle had. Prima, zou van mij een 9 scoren. De heer daarentegen was zo'n beetje het tegenovergestelde. Elke vraag leek te veel en/of het was niet mogelijk. Zodra het druk werd ging hij buiten staan roken. Scoort dus een 1. Wat betreft MVO: Daar staan wij volledig achter maar wanneer je 3 nachten boekt is 1 handdoek per persoon toch echt wel heel erg weinig. Aangezien de staf nergens te vinden is was het wel een uitdaging om een extra setje te scoren. Die kartonnen bekertjes houden het 1 nachtje vol, daarna gaan ze lekken. Jammer voor het meubilair. Ze drinken ook niet fijn. Wij hebben ons maar de vrijheid gepermitteerd om de ontbijtglaasjes mee te nemen naar de kamer.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.
