What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

merci de prendre les immatriculations des voitures afin de contacter les personnes qui se foutent de prendre deux places sur un parking ou l'on se gare au chausse pied. Aucun mot n'a été placé sur le vehicule afin de sensibiliser le conducteur. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été mis au courant par moi-même.

Non respect des normes PMR

J’ai été très surpris d’avoir une chambre dite PMR au premier étage !! Sachant qu’il n’y a pas de pièce en surpression pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant en cas d’incendie ?? Sachant que tout déclenchement d’alarme incendie les ascenseurs ne fonctionne plus par mesure de sécurité donc impossible pour une personne en fauteuil roulant d’évacuer l’établissement en feu !!!! Heureusement la personne a la réception m’a octroyé une chambre au RDC Il serait bien aussi de modifier l’emplacement du clavier de commande du portail d’entré surtout pour les personnes comme moi en fauteuil roulant électrique À mon retour tardif je suis obligé de sortir mon fauteuil roulant électrique de mon véhicule pour pouvoir rentrer le code du portail et ensuite de remettre mon fauteuil roulant électrique à l’intérieur de mon véhicule très rapidement afin que le portail ne se referme pas !!! Sinon l’hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont agréables et bien insonorisé et le personnel a l’écoute. En conclusion merci de mettre toutes les chambres dite PMR au RDC
